This site is a tribute to Tim, who was born in Woolwich, London on 27th July 1983. Tim was diagnosed at 31 years old with spontaneous MND in London, November 2014. He was told on his own that he had 2-3 years to live. It was a horrific shock which shook our world up-side-down. After an immense battle with MND/ALS, and defying statistics, Tim died peacefully at home in Sweden on 1st May 2020. Tim was married to Becky and what should have been their 10 year wedding anniversary this July 2020. Tim and Becky were blessed to have a son, Teodor (nickname: Teo or Theo) in September 2017. He is cherished dearly and is a walking reminder of Tim's character. Tim lived his life to the full and pursued his dreams despite his fatality. Tim was an inspiration for many. He was a believer of following your dreams and that putting your mind to anything, one can achieve everything you want in life. Tim put his family first. Tim was a much loved husband, father, son, brother, brother-in-law, uncle, friend and is dearly missed and will always be remembered. MND is an incredibly cruel disease, there is no mercy in it. Tim fought every single second of each day to live and was a selfless human being. He never complained and always put others first. Tim, you are the definition of a Hero. xxx
Tim, we salute you, your courage and determination knew no bounds. Evidence of this from those closest to you, beautiful Becky, in your strength and braveness and in dear Teo, in his zest for life. We support you and this cause. God is with us! And so is Tim- forever in our hearts xoxox
Tim will be missed so much, but remembered so fondly by all that knew him.
Tim had a brilliant mind and the kindest of hearts. He was a spiritual giant who inspired so many of us. Thank you Tim x
